Welcome to HydroStreak. By downloading, installing, or using the HydroStreak mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
HydroStreak is a personal water consumption tracker designed to help you monitor your daily hydration. The App is provided for informational and motivational purposes only.
HydroStreak is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The water intake goals, reminders, and tracking features are for general wellness purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional for advice about your specific hydration needs, especially if you have a medical condition.
HydroStreak offers a freemium model with optional in-app purchases:
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. We do not process payments directly.
The free version of HydroStreak includes core hydration tracking on the Home screen. Premium features include:
We reserve the right to modify which features are included in the free and premium tiers. Existing premium purchasers will retain access to all features available at the time of their purchase, plus any new features added to the premium tier.
All water tracking data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal hydration data to external servers. If you uninstall the App, your data will be permanently deleted from your device. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
All content in HydroStreak — including design, graphics, animations, text, and code — is owned by HydroStreak and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HydroStreak and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
